This page explains how you can manage your Personal Information (as defined in GDPR Article 4(1) and CCPA Section 1798.140) in our Contacts+ Database, whether you are a User of our Services (website at https://www.contactsplus.com, “Site”; mobile application, “App”; integrations; or APIs) or a data subject whose information is in our Database. Our Services facilitate contact management and relationship building without artificial intelligence. 2. Managing Your Data

We collect Personal Information (e.g., name, email, phone number, social profiles, job titles, interests) from public sources or User contributions to maintain the Contacts+ Database (Privacy Policy Sections 2, 3). You can control your data as follows:

2.1 Delete Your Account Data

If you have an Account, you may delete it and associated data at any time:

  • Web: Go to Account Settings, scroll to “Close Account.”
  • iOS: Go to Settings, tap your account name, select the pencil icon, then “Close Account.”

Android: Go to Settings, select “My Account,” tap “Edit” (top right), then “Close Account.”
Visit our Help Center (https://www.contactsplus.com/help) for guidance. We process deletion requests within one month (GDPR Article 12(3)) or 45 days (CCPA Section 1798.130), subject to exemptions (e.g., legal obligations, Privacy Policy Section 5).

2.2 Request or Remove Your Data

To access, rectify, or remove your Personal Information from the Contacts+ Database, visit https://www.contactsplus.com/sar or email support@contactsplus.com. We verify your identity before processing requests.

3. Your Rights

You have the following rights over your Personal Information, per GDPR Articles 15–21, CCPA Sections 1798.100–1798.130, and other laws (e.g., Virginia CDPA, Canada PIPEDA):

  • Access: Request details of your data (GDPR Article 15, CCPA Section 1798.110).
  • Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data (GDPR Article 16, CCPA Section 1798.110).
  • Erasure: Request deletion, subject to exemptions (e.g., legal obligations, GDPR Article 17(3), CCPA Section 1798.105).
  • Portability: Request data in a machine-readable format (e.g., CSV) or transmission to another controller (GDPR Article 20, CCPA Section 1798.100).
  • Restriction: Restrict processing in cases like contested accuracy (GDPR Article 18).
  • Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing (GDPR Article 21).
